Jefferson City Post 5 plays its home games at its very own Wyman Basinger Field at the American Legion Post 5 Sports Complex. The field initially broke ground in 1991, with its first game played in June of 1993. Since it's conception, Basinger Field has added a complete inning by inning scoreboard in left-center field, as well as permanent bleachers, capable of seating approximately 800 people. Currently, a two story press box is being constructed behind the center section of bleachers, making Basinger field one of the premier baseball venues in the central missouri area.
